Terms of Service

The service

Vestibl builds a single-page, mobile-first, review-first website for your business: your real Google reviews, services, contact info, and local SEO markup, for one flat fee with no monthly charges.

The Approve-Before-You-Pay Guarantee

We build a live preview of your site at no cost before any payment is due. If you don't want to move forward after seeing the preview, you owe us nothing. Payment is only due once you approve the preview for launch.

Revisions

One round of revisions to the preview is included in the flat fee. Additional revision rounds, or work outside the original scope, are quoted separately before we start on them.

Ownership

Once your project is paid in full, you own the final website's content and design as built for you, along with your domain and everything you provided (business details, photos, reviews). Vestibl retains ownership of its own general-purpose code, templates, and tools used to build it, and grants you a perpetual license to use them as embedded in your site.

We may display completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you ask us in writing, within 30 days of launch, to keep it private.

No guaranteed results

We guarantee the work described above, a live, working website built to the agreed scope. We don't guarantee specific business outcomes (calls, bookings, or revenue), since those depend on factors outside our control.

Liability

Vestibl's total liability under these terms is limited to the amount you actually paid us. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we'll update the effective date above. For an active project, the terms in place when you approved your proposal continue to apply to that project.
